2. Information processed

Identity and contact details, demographic details, detailed personal financial information (income, expenses, savings, investments, debt, property and goals), documents you upload for scanning, support correspondence, and technical account information. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

To operate your account and produce the educational financial calculations, scores, benchmarks and projections you request; to support you; and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Whether supply is voluntary or mandatory

Providing your information is voluntary. Some information is required for the service to function — without income and expense figures the calculator cannot produce results.

5. Consequences of not providing information

You may not be able to create an account or receive meaningful calculations.

6. Recipients and cross-border transfers

Hosting, database, authentication, AI document-reading and support providers acting as operators. Some processing may take place outside South Africa; the confirmed list of operators and jurisdictions is [TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE BUSINESS].

7. Your rights and how to complain

You may request access, correction, deletion or destruction of your information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use the Your Data Rights page or contact the Information Officer.

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa). Complaint and PAIA request contact details for the Information Regulator must be confirmed against the Regulator's published details before launch.
