The company has designated an Information Officer responsible for privacy and personal-information matters. Registration of the Information Officer with the Information Regulator (South Africa) has not yet been completed, and we make no claim that it has.
Identity and contact details, demographic details, detailed personal financial information (income, expenses, savings, investments, debt, property and goals), documents you upload for scanning, support correspondence, and technical account information. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Guest use (no account): no identity or contact information is collected. Your figures stay in your own browser and are not written to our database. We keep only an anonymous free-use counter (a random session identifier, a one-way hashed network identifier, counts and timestamps), deleted automatically after 30 days.
To operate your account and produce the educational financial calculations, scores, benchmarks and projections you request; to support you; and to meet our legal obligations.
Providing your information is voluntary. Some information is required for the service to function — without income and expense figures the calculator cannot produce results.
You may not be able to create an account or receive meaningful calculations. You may still use the calculator as a guest without giving us any identifying information.

Some processing may take place outside South Africa. Cross-border transfers are only made where the requirements of section 72 of POPIA are met.
You may request access, correction, deletion or destruction of your information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use the Your Data Rights page or contact the Information Officer.
You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa). Complaint and PAIA request contact details for the Information Regulator must be confirmed against the Regulator's published details before launch.
