Draft for legal review. These pages were prepared to make our policies transparent and easy to find. They have not yet been approved by a South African attorney or compliance professional, and the business does not claim to be legally compliant merely because these pages exist. Wording, company details and regulatory positioning must be reviewed and approved before launch.

1. Educational modelling, not advice

The Lifestyle Calculator provides calculations, estimates, benchmarks, scenarios and projections based on the information you supply and on assumptions used by the model. It is not personalised financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice.

Nothing on this website should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific financial product, investment, policy or property.

2. What you must keep in mind

  • All results are estimates, not statements of fact.
  • Projections are not guarantees of any future outcome.
  • Investment returns are not guaranteed and past performance is not a guide to future performance.
  • Property growth and rental income are not guaranteed.
  • Inflation assumptions may change.
  • Interest rates may change.
  • Tax rules and tax treatment may change.
  • Individual circumstances differ; the model cannot see your full picture.
  • Results change as soon as your inputs or the assumptions change.

3. Before you act

Obtain advice from a suitably qualified and, where required, appropriately authorised professional before making an important financial decision. The Contact Us page includes an option to request a referral to a financial adviser.

4. Our regulatory position

The business behind this website does not present itself as an authorised financial services provider. Its FAIS status is: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE BUSINESS] — the business must not describe itself as an authorised financial services provider unless it holds a licence.

Where the calculator highlights areas worth reviewing, that is educational guidance based on general planning benchmarks, not advice about a specific product.
