Draft for legal review. These pages were prepared to make our policies transparent and easy to find. They have not yet been approved by a South African attorney or compliance professional, and the business does not claim to be legally compliant merely because these pages exist. Wording, company details and regulatory positioning must be reviewed and approved before launch.

1. What we use today

  • Essential / authentication storage: your signed-in session is kept in your browser (cookies and local storage) by our authentication provider. Without it you cannot stay signed in.
  • Preference and draft storage: the app stores small items locally, such as unsaved edits queued while you are offline, so your work is not lost.
  • Security and error handling: our hosting platform may set technical cookies needed to serve and protect the site.

2. What we do not use

We do not currently run advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not currently operate a third-party analytics tracker on this site. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, this page will be updated and, where consent is required, we will ask for it before those cookies are set.

3. Third-party cookies

If you sign in with Google, Google may set cookies on its own domains as part of that sign-in. That processing is governed by Google's own policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies and local storage will prevent you from signing in and using the calculator.
