2. How to make a request

Use the request form on this page, or contact the Information Officer directly. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the period required by law.

3. Deleting your information

You may ask us to delete your financial records or close your account. Some records may need to be retained where we are legally required or permitted to keep them; if that applies to your request we will tell you which records and why.
